HI, I'M SHANNON O'HARA

I'm so glad you're learning more about this amazing experience with my studio. Here's a little bit about me...I've been shooting professionally for nine years and am a member of Professional Photographers of America and the Thriving Photographers Society. When I'm not in the studio, I'm nurturing my love tacos at Kiko's food truck, spending time with our three kids and juggling the challenges of being a military spouse. My hobbies include overwatering my plants (seriously, I have a problem), watching Abbott Elementary on repeat, and being your biggest cheerleader while you strive to live your best damn life.

I had my own Boudoir shoot because I needed to feel sensual and vibrant after the challenges of every day life left me feeling like I was not a priority in my own life. It was so transformative for me, I decided to specialize in plus-size Boudoir photography. Prior to making the switch to focus solely on Boudoir I shot kids, families, maternity and newborn.

What made you want to do this for yourself? Whatever the reason, I'm excited you're taking this step to claiming your beauty and power right now. Boudoir is about celebrating your body as you are right now, not as you will be. Boudoir is an act of self-love rebellion in a world that inundates us with messages that we aren't beautiful or worthy of love and sensuality unless we attain an impossible beauty standard. I reject that notion and invite you to as well.

Boudoir photography is such a transformative and personal experience. My team and I will cheer you on the entire way and we'll have fun on this journey towards radical self love.
